Have you seen the Nestle Pure Life commercial where it says if we switch out one soda for water a day we will remove 50,000 calories from our diet a year!? One pound is 3,500 calories, so that is just over 14 pounds of soda!
I am fortunate and I love water, it is mostly all I drink with the exception of hot chocolate (delicious!) and a very occasional orange soda. But, I also know there are a lot of people who don't like water at all, which I can definitely understand.
To help all those who happen to have a personal vendetta against water I have come up with 10 ways to spice up the water you serve at your next BBQ or family get together. Just add some fruit! It makes the water look so much prettier but it also adds a subtle flavor that people love. Feel free to make up your own fruit concoctions as well; any combination will do!
