When I saw this mouth-watering recipe from Jaclyn over at Cooking Classy, I just knew I had to give them a try but when? Well last night I was picking up some groceries and remembered that I would have to do my Tasty Treat Thursday on Wednesday this week because of everything that's been going on (a whole different post). Needless to say I panicked a little. With the diet my husband and I have been doing, we are pretty limited on baking supplies right now so I knew I would have to pick up everything I needed right then and there so I pulled up pinterest (this exact situation is pretty much the only reason I need internet on my phone) and started checking out my 'to try' board. Low and behold there were these Orange Creamsicle Truffles I had been dying to try. So I grabbed the ingredients and headed home.
These were so simple to make, took practically no time compared to most of the tasty treats I throw together, and amazing. I didn't have to change anything, the recipe is perfect. I did quadruple the recipe and I'm pretty sure I made the truffles a little bigger because I did not end up with 80...at least I don't remember eating so many that my final count wasn't 80 but that easily could have happened. For the complete recipe check out Cooking Classy's Orange Creamsicle Truffles.
